Refund Policy and Shipping Policy

We have a 180-day return policy, which means you have 180 days after receiving an item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at

If your return is under 180 days and is accepted, just send the Item (s) sent back to us. If its over 180 Days and and you have an issue, just let us know and we'll work something out for you. Our goal is for you to be happy. 
 Please do not send any item without first requesting a return as they will not be accepted. There is a restocking fee of 27.1% to cover handling, warehouse personnel, freight, FB and Google costs, fulfillment warehouse and shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, sale items or gift cards. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund .
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refund process may take 8-14 business days upon package arrival to our return department and reflect on the bank statement.

Shipping and handling fee amounts, if applicable, are not refundable.
Products such as but not limited to the below list are considered
as FINAL SALES and will not be eligible for return/exchange.
  • Underwear (bras, boxers, g-strings...etc)
  • Personal care items (nail clippers, makeup brushes, razors..etc)
  • Bedding, pillows, sheets, duvets or comforter covers
  • Furniture (mattress, sofas, love seats, bar stools or chairs)
  • Electronics (cameras, drones, tablets, any GPS trackers or laptops.
  • SEX toys, (Ropes, Duct Tape, Vibrators, etc) 
  • Food & Beverage Related Items 
  • Self Defense Items (Mace, knives, tear gas grenades, ammo etc)  
  • Covid19 thru Covid24 masks, riot, looting-prevention or prep gear.
  • BURNING MAN gear, music festival wear or party gear.
Clearance products/products on sale are considered as final sales and are not eligible for return/exchange.

NOTE: If there is an exception made to the refund policy, a 25% restocking fee applies to cover shipping, handling and restocking costs.

Ovuu devices are shipped asap once you finish completing the ordering process. Normal shipping times are between 15-45 days.
If available in your country You may also opt for faster shipping if you are so inclined.
